Having exercised all her life, Amy believed true stamina and strength came only from cardio and weight lifting—until Pilates showed her how to fuse endurance, sculpted strength, and core control, all with a mind–body connection. This dynamic practice transformed her fitness from the inside out and sparked her passion for teaching.

Trained in the Classical Joseph Pilates repertoire at Gramercy Pilates NYC and through continuing education with Stott Pilates, Amy combines precision and athleticism in every session. She blends jump-board intervals for heart-pumping cardio with reformer spring resistance and hand-weight exercises for targeted sculpting. Her fun, supportive classes welcome everyone—from special-needs and injury-rehab clients to pre- and post-natal mothers—helping each move with confidence and feel stronger every day.
