Andrea Crewe
Andrea recently graduated from Boston College and is a yoga instructor based in Manhasset, NY. Andrea has been teaching at the CWIM since Fall 2024 after completing Lisa Bondy’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training earlier that year.
While yoga hasn’t always been the central focus of her life, Andrea has consistently turned to movement, mindfulness, and meditation. In recent years, yoga has become a cornerstone of her daily routine—a way to quiet the mind and reconnect with herself through intentional movement. She firmly believes that experience is life’s greatest teacher and credits her yoga practice with deepening her understanding of both herself and the world around her. Andrea considers becoming a certified yoga instructor one of the most rewarding personal investments she has ever made.
In addition to her work as a yoga instructor, Andrea is the co-founder of Vitaliti, a health-tech startup dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being. Her mission—whether through teaching or her work with Vitaliti—is to inspire a preventative approach to wellness, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing longevity and holistic health.
Andrea specializes in teaching dynamic flow classes designed to challenge students to push past their limits and discover strength in moments of discomfort. Her goal is to help students build a consistent practice that fosters resilience and self-love.
Outside the studio, Andrea is an avid runner and completed her first marathon in Fall 2024. She also enjoys traveling, exploring, cooking, being outside, listening to live music, and reading non-fiction books.
