Constance Karol

Constance is CEO of Meta 180. She graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. in Health Education, pursued M.S. in Nutrition at New York University and practiced for many years as a Clinical Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant for Tony Sparber’s New Image Camp, Peninsula Spa and Hotel NY, NY as well as one of the country’s top heart hospitals, St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn New York. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, Energy Medicine Practitioner, with certifications in Yoga, Tai Chi, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Barre, Cycling and Fitness. When she is not working with clients either in her Syosset office or private home, she is a sought-after public speaker for corporate wellness and a spokesperson for Holistic Healing Journeys. She also works per diem at Northwell’s Cohen Children’s Medical Center as a Reiki Master.  Last but certainly not least, Constance is a two-time Ironman finisher with many running, biking, and multi-sport accomplishments.
