A devoted yogi and meditator for over 35 years, with over 15,000 hours of teaching experience, Lisa is a master yoga teacher who inspired many over two decades of teaching on Long Island to become practitioners and to train with her to become yoga teachers.

Priscilla Bonnen Gould attended her first yoga class with her mom at the ripe age of 12 years old. She fell in love with the rhythmic and rejuvenating movement that was relaxing to both mind and body. She continued to practice regularly throughout her teenage years using yoga as a sanctuary from high school drama and pressure.

Tina Conroy, E-RYT, RMT, is the Director of Energy Healing and Reiki Master at the Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine. She also teaches all the Reiki certification programs and is a yoga instructor.
Bill Dinner

Bill began practicing yoga and quickly became immersed within the practice. Yoga became a major influence for him both on the mat and in life. He embraced its philosophical principles, focus on health, and completed his 200 hour teacher training in 2009. Since then Bill has been teaching with enjoyment, energy and dedication, and maintains a daily practice. Quite a switch after a long career as a data expert on Wall Street.

Lynne was initially drawn to meditation, and gradually began to challenge herself with the physical aspects of yoga. As she gained strength from the practice, she found herself to be more empowered in many areas. Lynne enjoys teaching gentle and restorative yoga with a calm, nurturing and balanced presence. She is unusually supportive to those with special challenges and believes they are the ones most often touched by their practice. She embraces yogic philosophy, ethics, meditation, and spirituality.

Jenni was first introduced to yoga 15 years ago while living in Manhattan and looking for something to balance out her physical regime and daily stressors. As a mom of 3 girls, Jenni has continued her practice throughout the years with Vinyasa, prenatal yoga and meditation.

After years of chronic back pain caused by a lifetime of competitive sports, Jonathan was first introduced to yoga in 2014 by his wife and fellow RYT Jenni Falcone. Within his first year of practice, he found himself practicing 7 days a week and constantly wanting more. In 2015, Jonathan completed his 200 hour teacher training under the guidance of E-RYT Lisa Bondy.

A graduate of Adelphi University’s prestigious Dance Program, a freelance writer and seeker of movement and expression, she brings forth a love and fervor for finding JOY within her practice and teachings.

Gene Goldin has always loved learning about different aspects of Yoga. When he teaches, it is his intention to inspire students to want to learn as well. Stacey Kelly has been teaching yoga since 2014. She completed her 200 hour RYT at Om Sweet Om in Port Washington and in 2015 also became a Certified YogaKids instructor after having completed a 20+ hour training program.

Lesley Lotto has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years. But it wasn’t until she moved to Montana that she began a deeply personal practice. Lesley has studied Ashtanga and Alignment based Vinyasa, Core Power and Core Strengthening style Vinyasa, Kundalini and has a deep affection for the Sivananda and the Dharma lineages too.

Andrea Weisbach is an avid yogi. She finds yoga to be infectious and can’t stop doing it, talking about it, reading about it, preaching it and, most importantly, applying it to everything she does. Andrea “found” yoga about four years ago and has been teaching yoga for almost one year. Andrea goes to great lengths to find yoga just about anywhere in the world!
